Mike assumed the role of President at Horizon Communications Technologies in July 2010. Prior to HCT, Mike served in several executive management roles within the telecommunications industry, most recently as Senior Vice President of Wholesale at DeltaCom. Prior to DeltaCom, Mike was President and co-owner of Huntington Telecom, an international wholesale voice operator. Prior to Huntington Telecom, he was a Vice President with private equity firm Leucadia Telecommunications Group where he managed a diverse group of international telecommunications businesses, including responsibilities at Wiltel Communications. Prior to Leucadia, Mike held sales management positions with Global Crossing, Cable & Wireless and AT&T Australia.
John Cruz began his career in information technology at Pacificare in Orange County in 1997. John joined Prime Services Group as a DSL Technician in 1999 and was quickly promoted through the ranks from technician to field manager to purchasing manager. After PSG, John started CF Communications which he led until merging the company with Horizon in 2007. At Horizon, John started the wireless division and has grown it exponentially each year since. John now oversees multiple crews installing WiFi and DAS in markets nationwide.
Larry J. Beebe, RCDD
Vice President, Sales/Special Projects/Market Development
Larry began his telecommunication career with Litton BTS in 1972 as National Sales Manager. In 1977 Larry started his own company Creative Communication Systems, which he sold in 1998 to do some motor home travels with wife, CiCi, and raise a couple grandchildren. Larry began consulting to cities, agencies and companies at the same time. Larry joined Horizon in 2012 in the capacity of Market Development and was promoted to his current role of Vice President, Sales in 2014.
Vice President, Customer Service
Liz stepped in to fill the role of VP of Customer Service after demonstrating exceptional expertise as Director of Marketing and Business Administration for Horizon. She commenced her career with the leasing and management of two successful Executive Office Suites in Orange County, CA. Liz was then recruited to the Consumer Products Division of Johnson & Johnson where she focused on sales and marketing. Afterward, she began a position at SEDLine, Inc. where she oversaw all aspects of its inception up until its merger with Masimo Inc., a global medical device technology company. There she leveraged her position working closely with the Executive team into administering the companies PAC and Foundation, which hosted several government officials including members of Congress.
